Terms & Conditions

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking with Tora Trails will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been made.

1.2 Booking Advance

The standard booking advance is 15% of the total package amount.

1.3 Purpose of Advance Payment

The advance payment confirms the customer's intention to proceed with the booking under our Terms & Conditions and allows Tora Trails to initiate arrangements with hotels, transport services, and other required service providers.

1.4 Prices & Availability

Prices and availability may change due to unexpected circumstances, including any type of increase or inflation in prices.

1.5 Booking Quotation

The booking quotation will be provided to the customer through WhatsApp.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are accepted through Cash, UPI, or Net Banking.

2.2 Payment Recipient

Any payment related to the booking and package should be made directly to the owner:

2.3 Personal Expenses

Personal expenses will be borne by the customer and are not included in the package.

• Adventure activities
• Food and beverages outside the package inclusions
• Shopping
• Other personal expenses

2.4 Hotel Bookings

All hotel bookings are subject to the availability and confirmation of the respective hotel.

2.5 Changes Due to Weather or Unavoidable Circumstances

Due to unexpected or adverse weather conditions, Tora Trails may modify the route, itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or other package arrangements for safety purposes.

Any additional cost arising from such unavoidable changes will be borne by the customer.

2.6 Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or paying any advance booking amount, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
